Information about SAMFAS website applications and communications.
Registration and intake are available only when enabled by SAMFAS. When enabled, contact details, business information, professional credentials, training records, supporting documents, and client service requests are stored in the SAMFAS application database. Verified email is used for application access. Optional mobile access requires separate phone verification.
Application records and private documents are accessible through authorized application and staff workflows. Manager-approved professional profiles may be shared through expiring, revocable private links. Enhanced qualification and identification disclosure remains unavailable pending approved terms and activation. Existing uploads do not authorize that disclosure. Client qualification packets exclude SSN, ITIN, EIN, tax forms and supporting evidence, business registration, insurance, banking/payment records, private contact details and internal findings/audit history. Restricted tax collection remains disabled until protected collection is configured and validated; protected identifiers are stored separately with server-side encryption and masked display.
The website uses secure session cookies to support signed-in access. When communication services are enabled, contact information is used for verification and application or service-request messages. Do not send patient information, tax identifiers, or government identification through ordinary email or general form fields.
Historical business records are handled separately and are not imported into this application.
